In addition to her Pastoral and Inclusion responsibilities, Sarah is the Senior Mentor for Early Career Teachers and is the Relationships and Community Lead. In 2022 the School was awarded the Inclusion Quality Mark (Flagship Status) and it has continued to play a key role in professional development in this area beyond the school boundaries.
